Terms & Conditions – Intensive

Norwich’s Automatic Driving School. Setting the standard in automatic driving.

Subject to Terms and Conditions:

General Information

  • The average time to pass a driving test, based on DVSA statistics, is 45–65 hours.
  • Intensive courses are offered on the assumption that the pupil will reach the required driving standard before the course ends.
  • If the instructor deems the pupil not ready for the test, it may not go ahead. No refund will be issued in this case.
  • We are committed to producing safe and capable drivers and must ensure all pupils presented for a test are test-ready.
  • Pupils must have a provisional driving license
  • Theory tests should be completed at least 12 weeks prior to the intensive course beginning. This is to ensure a practical test can be booked in advance. We cannot guarantee a test slot at the end of your intensive if you theory is not complete at least 12 weeks in advance due to test availability.

Payment Terms

  • A 10% non-refundable deposit is payable to Limitless upon booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid directly to the instructor within 30 days of booking.
  • Funds paid directly to instructors are not managed or controlled by Limitless.
  • All instructors are self-employed; by booking, you enter into a direct agreement with the instructor for the course.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Notice Period… (Refund % – excluding deposit)

  • 60+ days… (100%)
  • 30–59 days… (75%)
  • 10–29 days… (50%)
  • Less than 10 days… (25%)

The 10% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refunds will be processed within 30 working days via bank transfer.

Course Duration

  • The course duration includes the practical driving test time.
  • Additional hours can be purchased directly from your instructor (prices as per current website offers).
  • Intensive lessons over 3 hours per day will include up to a 30-minute break for both instructor and pupil, to ensure safety and maintain focus.

Use of Vehicle for Test

  • Both Limitless and the instructor reserve the right to withhold use of the vehicle for the test if the pupil is not deemed safe.
  • Pupils may use their own vehicle for the test; however:
    • They cannot use a test booking made under Limitless’s name.
    • The original test will be cancelled without refund.
    • The pupil must book and pay for a new test themselves.
